TRAVEL FEES

Mileage fee applied from home base of Photographer

A fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied.

Formatting - Images are Provided as Digital Files
Web Format: 2040 X 1360px (MLS & Social Media) and/or Large Format: 10,000 X 6,667px (Advertising & Print). Custom formatting is available upon request for extra charge.

*Unlimited Usage Rights - Images can be used an unlimited number of times by the Client after payment has been settled. There is no annual licensing fee for usage. This does not allow a transfer of Copyright ownership to the Client or allow resale of the Content to any third party(s).

*Travel Cost - Up to 20 miles of travel with each photoshoot. After 20 miles a fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied.

“CONTENT” means all photographs, film, audio, or other recording, still or moving, as part of the shoot.
“MEDIA” means all media including digital, electronic, print, television, film, radio and other media now known or to be invented during the shoot.
